• To ensure that the grease doesn’t solidify, a heater is used to keep them in the liquid state. A skimming wheel rotates continuously to push the grease and send it to the discharge trough. The skimmed grease and oils are conveniently poured into the grease recycling barrel from where it can be cleaned easily.


• The residual water which is now completely grease-free outflows from the other end of the traps and into the sanitary tanks.
